CVS is a store that offers many services. A customer had a passport photo taken. The person was helpful and multitasked, checking out customers and taking the photo. However, the self‑checkout machines often act up. Associates must handle both registers and self‑checkout, which slows the process and frustrates people. A pharmacist said the customer’s health was not an issue when the customer ran out of medication, but the doctor said no refill requests were received. Another customer got help from a person who resolved an unreadable $50 gift card so it could be used. The store has good service, but some systems cause delays.
This is my neighborhood store,and the employees are great.

Pharmacist told me that my health wasn't an issue with me running out of my meds! Was told for over a week that my Doctor wasn't responding to refill requests. My doctor informed me that they never received ANY requests from cvs! Now I personally believe a Medical Professional over a wanted be Pharmacist!!
