“I’ve been with Genoa for years. After the trauma of Walgreens & CVS it’s a pleasure to deal with actual humans that answer the phone and talk to you, not at you! They help every way possible to make sure you have and understand what your taking. I have to mention one employee in particular that deserves recognition for her kindness and patience. Thank you Melissa for all you have done for me!”
“Pharmacists are so nice I've been going there for years never had a problem with them not having my meds they are an old school pharmacy and they sell candy soda keno, and have a lot of cards for the different occasions you should stop in and say hi to Nick or Paul they would Surely say hello !!! Oh yeah and the girls that work there are also very nice?”

“I've been filling prescriptions here for about 3 years now. Pharmacy staff are always friendly, and service is quick. They are definitely doing a better job than my local CVS, which typically has longer wait times for prescription filling and the pickup line. They have provided me with all the same services. One tech even says hi to me each time I am in the store just shopping. A big thank you to this location.”

“If my insurance won’t cover medicine then out of pocket is less then CVS. The pharmacist is always nice. Prescriptions are ready on time or are filled quickly if I’m in the store. The wait is never long, Line moves quickly.”
“It's 24 hours despite how dark it looks. I think it's just the way the building is. It seems like all. Not as big as your average CVS but not small. CVS has decided to do without cashiers. Same thing here. But when the self checkout did lock up, the associate was there in no time, so she deserves a raise for basically doing the job of two people. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The food selection is so-so here (for a CVS). But I can't complain. I wanted Indian Food and at 12am on a Wednesday that's not an easy thing to get in Warwick. They had some microwavable Chicken Tikka Masala. Ample parking. The stuff you go to CVS for was just about all there too. Products, Photo, Goods... The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is bc it's run down. But still convenient. Like any CVS, one could go on for hours about the place but I will end my review here.”

“Edward who is a Pharmacist at this Stop and Shop location went above and beyond for my family to ensure that we had our prescriptions. Unfortunately, we were having issues with our insurance coverage and essentially were being told by Wageworks (Cobra) that we would have to wait an excessive amount of time before it was resolved. Edward was patient throughout this stressful time while providing us with reassurance that he would give us enough medications until our coverage was established. In addition to Edward's exceeding commitment to providing exceptional customer service, he is always friendly and has a great sense of humor. Edward is certainly a valuable asset to Stop and Shop and should be recognized for both his service and commitment to patients.”

“I don’t use their pharmacy so I have no opinion on that part of the store. However their pick up service is phenomenal. Walgreens is usually “one hour pick up” for online orders but whenever I place an order for pick up, it’s ready within minutes. Today, my order was ready in 4 minutes.”

“I went here recently to get my passport photo done, and I want to shout out Robin who works at this location. She was extremely helpful and so nice when it came to helping me, and she seemed to be the only person staffed, so not only did she check everyone out at the register, she took my photo and was multitasking over the store. She was super helpful!”
