Really disappointed when I received USED shoes in the mail. (Order #9194510558). They were scratched up like a cat got at them and then there was wear in the tongue. The representative on the phone was hard to understand with a thick accent. This made discussing the matter difficult. She offered me a $10 off coupon but that's not adequate after waiting more than a week. DSW is usually way better than this.

I can't believe how far down hill this store has gone. It's only ok if you need sneakers. The varieties of brands of Women's shoes is minimal and they don't have any of the current styles. Extremely disappointing

Customer service is horrible here, both coworkers I encountered today were very nonchalant & clearly don’t want to answer customers questions and brushes you off quickly. Brighten up the attitudes.

Showed up at DSW tonight at 8:30. I walked up to the door and the girl told me they were closed. She said the registers were shut down and they were waiting for their rides. The hours online and on the door clearly state they are open until 9. Ridiculous.

A BIG DSW location! Just got an incredible deal on Sorel boots that made me sooo happy. The sales person that helped us on the floor and checked us out was very helpful in finding what we needed and making sure we got the 30% VIP sale.
