DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse is a big location with an ample selection of shoes. It is a very easy-to-shop store, with women's and men's sections clearly separated, as well as casual, dressy, and sneaker sections. Customers find a ton of styles and so much to look at, including name brand shoes like Gucci sneakers. The store is clean and there is plenty of parking. The customer service is great and employees are awesome, helpful, patient, and kind. They are efficient in helping customers find what they need and ensuring they get available sales and discounts. They help with signing up for rewards, which provides points and discounts. The line to pay moves quickly. Shoppers love it here and enjoy their experiences, often getting incredible deals. They appreciate that the store always has deals. While the shoes in boxes can sometimes be darker than the display and it is a warehouse, the selection is ample and the shopping process is easy.

Had an issue with some Doc Martens and the woman working the front desk was so kind to offer a straight swap or merchandise credit. This location is awesome and I will be back!

I came in today and had such a great experience. I got shoes for both me and my daughter, and when I went to check out, the sales staff jazzy was BEYOND helpful. She helped me sign up for an account, and overall she was just really sweet and uplifting. Really refreshing!
