Great place. Reasonably priced. Knowledgeable staff.

Would not recommend. I came in for a pedicure and the woman who started me cut me 3 times rushing. Instead of apologizing about cutting me a 3rd time she just laughed and then look frustrated and handed me off to someone else to finish. When my pedicure was finished I asked if there was time for a gel manicure they assured me it was fine. I should’ve learned my lesson from the pedicure. She rushed the manicure didn’t ask me to wash hands. Did not use cuticle treatment. Did a quick file and color. I feel it was over priced for what it was and the service was horrible. I am new to this area and decided to give this place a shot but I will not be returning.

This was always my favorite nail salon. I've been here many, many times. I've raved about it to many people! It's my go-to. Usually I always get gel on my real nails. This time I didn't have any real nails because I had bit them off, so I got a full set. (I've always paid around $30-$40 for a full set. I was shocked to find out they were $80 then extra because I got chrome color.) There was a girl next to me getting a full set as well and she already had her nails glued on and was getting them shaped. I had my nails all completely done and was onto my pedicure getting my toes painted before the girl who was next to me even had her nails painted! And like I said, she was already in there before me with her nails glued on. My nail tech was so quick that he plopped a chunk of gel on each nail and had me stick them under the uv light. I figured maybe he does them thick and will file longer to shaoe them and thin them out. After he was done with the filing process, I asked him if he could thin them out more because they were ridiculously thick. I am not the type to speak up much while getting nails done because I don't want to annoy them. When everything was said and done the total came to almost $200 for nails that are thick, crooked, shaped like teeth, and just really terrible! I'm now on my way to go spend more money at a different nail salon to get them immediately soaked off. Now I feel too embarrassed to return to what was my favorite nail salon because it was just such a crappy experience. My pedicure was rushed where I didn't get to relax and enjoy it either, but that sometimes happens. I'm so beyond disappointed in these nails. The color is pretty so it's such a bummer they came out so bad!

This was definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a nail salon! And it’s only a 10 minute walk from the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I did a spa pedicure and SNS nails with tips added. They were very friendly, efficient, and my experience was very relaxing. They did massages with both the pedicure and the manicure, including a shoulder neck massage which was wonderful. Highly recommend!

I arrived today, July 7th (my second visit ever) for a gel manicure at 3:30pm. Upon arrival, the experience the pleasant — that soon changed when I sat in the chair to begin my manicure. The nail tech who was assigned to me, Kevin, was aggressive with his hands and body language and left me EXTREMELY uncomfortable my ENTIRE appointment.
He continued to push me towards having my nails be a square shape when I politely requested round. It seemed as though that bothered him, as he continued to bring it up 30 minutes into our time together. Additionally, he was dismissive and rude, often smacking and pulling my hands shaking his head in frustration. It is still unclear to me why he was so frustrated, and frankly an incredibly inappropriate way to treat a customer.
For those who may be interested I still left a tip, much to my chagrin because of the pressure of having someone watch you decide how well your service went. I wish I selected “no tip” because of how upset I am from my time with Kevin. However, a client should never be made to feel uncomfortable especially when paying for a service (a $60 service at that). I do not like to leave poor reviews as I too am a business owner and understand the value/importance of them.
It is a huge disappointment as I recently moved to RI and was hoping to make this nail salon my go-to. I will sadly not be returning, and it is such a shame.
P.S. my first experience here with another nail tech went lovely!! So if you are looking to book here, maybe just avoid the tech I was given.

I had vivi she wasn't friendly and she made my nail s look goopy and when I told her about it she did not say sorry let me fix it nice for you I had to tell her to please fix it because it looked like a hot mess until I had her smooth it out she had no warm inviting vibes .. She just sat there like a person who doesn't care about customer service s or being nice and kind to make others happy to get their nails done I m not mad I just will never AGAIN spend good money at a place that isn't about being kind and friendly to there customers just be better with your customer s please life is too short to be grumpy or act like I'm a pain in the butt because I just want my nails to look good I am paying for that kind of service it's like buying a car new and you see scratches no you want the car to look good just like I want my nails to look good ? I wish you no bad vibes but learn about friendly upbeat customer service please and thanks

Definitely not returning. Every time I go there it's different people with different attitudes. Some new lady was rushing with my feet. My feet couldn't enjoy anything. My right foot only enjoyed the water for 5 seconds before snatching it out of the water. Overall aggressive with the materials and grabbed my feet like im a play doll. I ask twice for her to go a little slower and be gentle...Did she? No. I override a lot about this place like how i can easily pop off my full set of gel nails in a week after paying over $80. I let it go. But my last experience was a huge NEVER RETURN

I used to love this place, but it seems like the reliable team members are now gone. Pro - online scheduling and they run on time. I typically go in for a pedicure ($55) and a Dazzle Dry manicure. My pedicure was OK, nothing special. And they didn't work on any callus removal. I went in last Thursday, he did not know the proper procedure for Dazzle Dry. He didn't prep using step one and he didn't warm up step two (what bonds the polish). During the manicure I said step two needed to be done warm, he ignored me. Dazzle try typically lasts 10+ days when applied correctly. The manicure did not even last 5 days. In addition to not knowing how to use the system, he also shaped my nails poorly. Throughout my treatment he kept trying to sell me gel nails, not what I wanted. I would have booked that service if I wanted it. I am truly disappointed. Despite the proximity and convenience, I doubt I will return.

After less than a week of my dip manicure the nails started to have cracks which are resulting in chipping off. Not pleased with the service as the tech took less than 25 minutes on my nails. Also dip was also not applied to my whole nail looking them look grown out.
