Laid-back Fitness is an amazing place for families and kids. The coaches are phenomenal, patient, and fun, tailoring classes to all levels from fundamentals to the big gym. They keep a watchful eye in a safe environment. The staff is awesome, friendly, and responsive. It is a highly recommended, fun, and comfortable spot to get fit and work on skills. They are always adding cool new programs like Ninja class, with a new set-up every week. It is also an awesome spot for a birthday party, which is well-organized. Children have a blast with activities like free play, ninja warrior, and floor is lava. The classes provide great value and are super reasonable.

Love this place. Did our son’s 5th bday and have been back since. Christina, Nicole and Sandy (and others I can’t remember their names) have all been great to work with.

Awesome place for a kids party! Staff was wonderful and took care of so much, whole place to yourself, and a great way to keep kids active!
