My visit was about as good as it gets. Walked in, filled out a short amount of paperwork and was seen immediately. I was nervous about lying in the MRI machine but Marie made it possible. By being sensitve, supportive and not pushy. That's what got me thru this test. Thank you so much Marie!!

Staff is kind and their radiologist provides report to doctor within 2 days - RIMI is taking up to 3 weeks unless you call to escalate the process!

My first time at that place. The woman at the front desk is extremely rude. She shouldn't work with people. She should stay home if she doesn't know how to work with customer service.
