“I have been a customer at this branch for almost 12 years. Everyone has always been gracious, knowledgeable, and good humored, from the tellers to the mortgage team. Occasionally I have to wait a few minutes, but in times where so much of banking has gone digital I can imagine it's hard to staff for customers piling in at lunch hour, or a few minutes before closing, and leaving the bank much quieter the rest of the day. Anything but those crunch times is a very easy experience, and even when it's busy I have been treated kindly.”
“I want so say a huge thank you to the very nice people at this branch. First off they are the only ones that answered the phone. I called both branches on West Shore Road and neither answered their phones. I had a small tote full of wrapped pennies and they said as long as they're wrapped we will take them. First person to great me was Rob, didn't catch the names of the other men but they are all so nice. I shopped while they did their thing. A lady handed me my money and it was all great! “The bank was pretty busy when I visited so it was a bit of a wait. The manager was helping out as a teller but was able to step away for a bit to meet with me in the office when he got a chance. He was very friendly and was able to help me with some changes to my bank account. He also informed me of other options if I wanted to change my account. He was very polite and kind.
The manager at the citizens bank near airport road had informed me their staff was busy and that there were more associates available at this branch which wasn't the case.”
