I made an appointment at this location by accident (there are other Quest locations closer to me) and I am so glad I did! The online appointment was easy, got a reminder text, parking was easy, check in was easy, I was in and out within 15 minutes. And the phlebotomist was AWESOME! I didn’t feel a thing, even when she was changing vials. And … she caught an insurance blip that would have been a pain to fix after the fact.

The worst . They said results would be 24-48 hours , it's been 5 days and no results thus far. I had my appointment with my primary and he told me I would have to fight to get results from them . He was shocked I would even go to quest in the first place .

I have used Quest for my monthly blood draws for several years. Their staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely prompt, especially with the easy online appointment scheduling.

She is my favorite blood work person I absolutely love her I don't cry it doesn't hurt I barely know she even took my blood the only reason why I knew she took my blood was cuz there was 22 vials but she is awesome very professional

The phlebotomist was simply outstanding, She has a wonderfully calming demeanor and is clearly skilled at the art and science of phlebotomy. Wonderful experience. Best ever blood draw.

Sarah was great. There was a mix up with the lab request from my PCP and she called their office and patiently waited on the phone. She knew exactly what the problem was and asked them for what she needed. They weren't able to provide it right away, she took my information and said she would call me when she heard back. About 10 minutes later she called and asked if I was and to come back. She had everything ready when I walked back in, she took my blood sample in record time and I was back on my way. Sarah was pleasant, patient, kind and caring.

Had bloodwork done. Passed out. Threw up. But got it done. Then I never received results and they tell me there was never any bloodwork done.

Super easy to schedule an appointment and check in. But there was only one person there, doing all the paperwork and the blood draw. She was clearly not happy about it. Couldn't have been grumpier. All that's fine. She drew blood well. But 36 hours later and I'm still waiting for results for a very simple test (CBC) that takes about 30 minutes (I know from many years of having my blood drawn.) My doctors are waiting on this information to make clinical decisions about my care and they've called repeatedly and got some information, but can't get full results. Very frustrating. Would not recommend if you actually need time-sensitive. results.

The website makes it easy to schedule an appointment, but walk-ins are also accepted if they aren't too busy. Blood work results seem to come in quicker than other labs I have been to and if you make an account you can view your results online. It's all very convenient, and quick, and they seem to accept most insurance plans. I have never sat more than 10 minutes in the waiting room and 2 of the 3 phlebotomists I have seen there are exceptionally skilled at dealing with my tiny veins which are difficult for some to access. They don't even leave bruises.

Quest is a recipe for disaster without a receptionist at their locations. This location also seemed understaffed and only had one phlebotomist working. I went on a Saturday with a scheduled appointment at 8:40am for bloodwork that needed to be done before 9. Some guy on the waitlist was able to yell his way in front of everyone else despite her already being behind. After pushing this man in front of the queue I awkwardly went into the back to ask if I could be seen next because I needed bloodwork before 9. She made ME ask the person who had an appointment before me if that was ok instead of handling it herself. He said it was fine. This point at 9:01 am she informed me it was too late and that it was my fault for not telling her sooner?? She said quest wouldn't even accept the bloodwork after 9am for that lab. Terrible experience all around. Need more than one person working and for employees to proactively ask if anyone has am tests if they are running late. Also, there is 0 way I could have spoken to her sooner unless I just walked in on her drawing blood. She also had a terrible attitude but honestly she had just been yelled at and seemed overworked probably due to management related issues outside of her control. Id 100% steer clear of this location. Ridiculous all around.

Love their on line booking and automated kiosk for checking in.Always on time. Efficient. Great hours and location.Techs have been easy to work with.Good lab. Wide range of test.
