This is why I don't go through UPS. First off I was supposed to get my package yesterday, and it requires a signature. No big deal I just wasn't there at the time because my updates said the package would arrive at 7pm . Again I know sometimes they can arrive at earlier or later times. What is frustrating is trying to get a hold of a live C.S rep. I've called three different times spoke with 3 different reps and they all had no clue what they were talking about about. The third rep was rushing me off of the phone and telling I can pick my package up at the UPS facility on plan way in Warwick. Mind you I live in North Smithfield so for me to make that drive would take me 30 minutes or so. I ask the rep is she certain my package i ah e been waiting for is absolutely there and no one is going to try and re deliver it. She says yes ma'am the package will be available for pick up at 9am at that location. So I leave my house and head to ups in Warwick just to waste 45 minutes of my life I'll never get back to be told that my package has been shipped out for delivery again. Another frustrating thing is the reps will tell me where my package, they'll say one thing but when I look on UPS website it tells me it's been dropped off at an access point location. I just want my package please !!!

UPS customer service and support is worse than bad. It’s non-existent. The only way you can talk to a live person is to hit the 0 button 15 times, after all the voice prompts, then you get a person, in another country, who has no idea what you’re talking about and could probably care less. I wasted an hour and a half of my life trying to get a package re-delivered.

Expressing Disappointment Regarding UPS Delivery Customer Service (Warwick customer service center).Dear [UPS Customer Service Department],I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent customer service experience I had with one of your representatives called Faith . She’s called Faith but is unfaithfulOn 1/17/24, I contacted UPS customer service regarding an issue with a delivery. From the beginning of the conversation, the representative exhibited a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. Her tone was condescending, dismissive, and she demonstrated a lack of patience and empathy towards my concerns.I understand that dealing with various customer inquiries can be challenging, but as the face of UPS customer service, I expected a higher level of professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this representative failed to meet those expectations, leaving me dissatisfied and alienated as a customer. Some specific examples of her disrespectful behavior include interrupting while I was trying to explain my issue, using an impatient tone that made me feel like I was wasting her time, and providing inconsistent and inaccurate information without attempting to rectify the situation. Additionally, she did not offer any solutions or alternative options to address my specific concerns. As someone who relies on UPS for timely and reliable deliveries, this experience has left me hesitant to continue using your services in the future. I believe that customer service is a vital aspect of any business, and it is disheartening to have encountered such unprofessional behavior.I strongly believe that UPS should address this issue promptly by conducting thorough training and coaching sessions for all customer service representatives. As customers, we expect to be treated with respect, empathy, and professionalism during our interactions.I sincerely hope that my feedback will contribute to improvements in your customer service department. I look forward to seeing the necessary actions taken to ensure that other customers do not have to endure similar disrespectful experiences.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that UPS will take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes to provide a better customer service experience in future

Still trying to get a package that was supposed to be delivered last Friday. A "temporary holiday" driver claimed he dropped came by and no one was here. 3 peopke were here. He didn't scan it properly and now they can't "find" it. They "think" it went to a local drop off site which should be "more convenient for me". This is infuriating!

I have never had a positive experience with UPS for package deliveries to my home. They no show, fail to ring the bell or knock then leave a note saying they could not deliver, don’t arrive during estimated times (I rearrange my schedule to be present) and their customer service is a nightmare!! Try to get a live person, then try to get a person who can actually help you! Good luck.

"Let me take a moment to salute the incredible UPS drivers who have clearly undergone intensive ninja training! These delivery experts have taken the art of discreet package delivery to a whole new level, and they deserve our admiration. In a world where stealth is paramount, UPS drivers have mastered the ability to pass unnoticed, even when the recipient is right at home. It's a feat that defies the laws of physics and leaves you wondering if they possess teleportation abilities. You could be in one room, and suddenly, your 'sorry we missed you' sticker appears as if by magic.Their unparalleled skill in delivering these notices with unmatched dexterity is truly a sight to behold. You'd think that stealthy maneuvers like these are reserved for the world of espionage, but UPS drivers have brought them into the realm of package delivery. So, if you're seeking a delivery service that combines the efficiency of a ninja with the precision of a marksman, look no further than UPS. Their drivers are the unsung heroes of stealth delivery, and they've elevated the 'sorry we missed you' sticker placement to an art form."

Horrible company and would definitely NOT recommend woman to work here. I was fired after my third day for speaking to another female employee about the unfairness of putting the only two woman in the small package sorting where only other woman were, I said "this seems a little sexist" and our trainer said I accused him of being sexist. If the shoe fits well sometimes you gotta wear it. I also still haven't gotten paid from them and everyone refuses to talk to me about anything , so it looks like I'm not getting my money after I spent over $200 on shoes and breathable work clothing.

Package sat at WARWICK for over 24 hours, didn't move. Now being held over weekend and rescheduled delivery to monday. This is the laziest, most unreliable hub for a package to ship through.

Impossible to get in contact with a real person here. My package requires signature and I need the driver to call me so I can come down and sign it. There is no way to request it due to their brazen incompetence and lack of customer care. I have to watch him “try” to deliver it and bring it back to this center enough times that they finally give up and tell me I can pick it up. I will never voluntarily choose this company and recommend all businesses do the same. Shame on Lenovo for using them.

Ups tried to deliver my package today at a random time without notifying a time change only to take it back due to lack of signature, which I had not asked to be done in the first place and now I won’t revive my package for another 3 days with no way of picking it up!!! I will never use ups again terrible experience 0/10 pointless inconvenience
