“I bought a vehicle from Jim about 7 mos ago. He walked me through the whole process and has been very patient and understanding with every annoyance I have bothered him with and there have been many. The beginning of Nov two of my Rogue was making a weird noise, on my way to class, like the caliper was stuck. I immediately came home. I called Jim and he came to my house to check it out. The caliper was indeed stuck, and had gouged my rotor. He had it brought right into the shop to find out the why. We later found out that two of my lug nut bolts had snapped, when I had accidently caught a curb a week or so prior. He and Mike went about getting the problem fixed. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use, even though my insurance did not cover rentals, and he did not have to, while he fixed the Rogue. When someone hit the loaner car, while parked near my house. I panicked and was really anxious about it. I called the police to report the hit and run. Then called Jim. He simply came looked at it, told me it would all be fine, to call my insurance company. He and his whole team have been wonderful to me. When it was all said and done, I only had to pay my deductible. He is an honest man and came through for me from the start. I would highly recommend his services whether buying a car, or repairs.”

When I picked my car up they had even detailed the entire inside of my car. My car hasn't looked this good since I drove it off the car lot 4 years ago. Great service, providing the rental car without having to go through a car rental agency was a plus.”

“My daughter gave me her 2018 Subaru and I'm thrilled with the performance of the car. The car's hesitant start on chilly mornings has given me pause for concern so I dropped into Balise Subaru's West Warwick location to ask about it. Lucky for me, I met Benjamin Rickard, the assistant manager of the service department. He researched the history of the car and discovered that there might be solutions to the problem that will be completly free to fix. Additionally, he made me aware of certain warranties on the car that I'd also be entitled to if the problems are related to the balky start.He patiently (and expertly), took a great deal of time to explain the workings of the car. He set up an appointment for me and assured me that there would be no charge. Senior citizens like me get very nervous about unexpected expenditures, but Benjamin's skill set around clear communication gave me utmost confidence in dealing with him/Balise. In this day and age of slipshod service, Benjamin Rickard proved to be a breath of fresh air!PS: my daughter didn't even buy the car from Balise, but a dealership near her in Massachusetts!”

They did the fix well, worked with my insurance, finished when they said they would, and were able to figure out my car rental situation for me (despite my insurance being a pain). “These guys are amazing! My son was over an hour away from home on his way back to college, driving on the highway when his car stopped accelerating, he pulled over and was stranded! Thankgod he was ok! We found he wasn’t far from this dealership as his car is a 2016 Honda. We got it towed there and I just can’t say enough positive things. The next day after being towed there Al let us know there could be extensive damage but they couldn’t tell exactly the issue.they would change the timing belt and a couple other things but things were not linning up and it most likely caused more damage. I of course said let’s do it and hope that fixes it. Saturday morning Al called and gave us the amazing news that was it! Luis the mechanic stayed passed hours just to get it together! And he got it running I am so grateful we went there. They were very honest and compassionate. Thankyou Thankyou Thankyou!”
