Best Western West Greenwich Inn offers a pleasant stay with a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff. Located conveniently for travelers, the hotel is quiet and central to many attractions. Guests have noted the cleanliness of the rooms, which are average but comfortable, especially after recent renovations. The hotel features a nice saltwater pool and jacuzzi, providing a refreshing experience without harsh chemicals. Daily breakfast is well-received, with a variety of fresh options available, and the breakfast staff is particularly praised for their warm and friendly service. While some guests have found the room rates high for the quality offered, many feel the pricing is fair considering the amenities and service. The staff, including notable members who are kind and professional, consistently receive high marks. However, a few reviews mention the lack of Wi-Fi in the rooms as a downside. Overall, Best Western West Greenwich Inn is recommended for those seeking a comfortable stay with good facilities, especially for families and travelers exploring the area.
The staff here absolutely made my trip! Steve and Tyler (I always think Steven Tyler from Aerosmith haha) were so friendly and helpful with anything I needed. Steve has great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and always made me feel at home. Thanks guys!!
