“Being in a car accident is always going to suck. But working with Marlon and Emery turned my experience around. I appreciate their kindness and their diligence. I was already stressed because of my tires and how stripped they were and had gotten into a car accident. After bringing my car in, they gave me a call to let me know that my tires are completely bald. I was stressing because I knew once I picked up my car, I would need to look for tires. The call I got from Marlon was to tell me my insurance will cover two of my tires and I was so blessed to even get someone as kind and caring as Marlon and his crew at Warwick Auto Body.

“I had a fuel pump replaced in march at Barrette Fab during some frame work and it recently developed an issue when starting. Ricky checked it and determined it was failing. So since he warranties his work he replaced it. The replacement failed so he replaced it again . All this work was done in just two day. You'd be hard pressed to find someone who takes that much pride in his warranty work and getting the job done so the customer is happy.”

“AJ Pulvie in the service department turned what should have been a miserable Saturday — when the engine in my Escalade decided to go on hiatus while driving — into an incredibly pleasant and lighthearted afternoon.
Any service issue that takes your car out of commission can be stressful. It is rare to feel relief so quickly, but that’s the result of this dealership’s service team.
From the moment I arrived with my vehicle on the tow truck, AJ was super friendly and explanatory. I had a feeling things would go well when, just as I was arriving in the tow truck, he had come outside unprompted to welcome us and direct the driver where to unload my car.
I enjoyed an efficient intake process; left the dealership with a loaner car of comparable size); and was regularly updated in the days afterward as the problems were diagnosed and speedily addressed.
AJ and his whole team were exactly what you would hope for at a service center.
And it wasn’t just AJ. Every employee I interacted with — the receptionist, the rental desk representative Anthony, and every member of the service team — was kind and proactive. The facility is orderly and immaculate.
I know this review almost sounds like an advertisement. It isn’t. I am simply so grateful for the positive attitudes of the people working here and the level of competence that went into fixing the issue and treating the customer with the highest regard.
