Service was timely and the cost was more than reasonable. Had them also change the oil and the car was still done when promised.Their expertise is in demand, so you'll need to make an appointment, but it's well worth whatever the wait may be. I'm glad I gave them a chance. I won't be going anywhere else.”

“I bought a vehicle from Jim about 7 mos ago. He walked me through the whole process and has been very patient and understanding with every annoyance I have bothered him with and there have been many. The beginning of Nov two of my Rogue was making a weird noise, on my way to class, like the caliper was stuck. I immediately came home. I called Jim and he came to my house to check it out. The caliper was indeed stuck, and had gouged my rotor. He had it brought right into the shop to find out the why. We later found out that two of my lug nut bolts had snapped, when I had accidently caught a curb a week or so prior. He and Mike went about getting the problem fixed. He also made sure I had a vehicle to use, even though my insurance did not cover rentals, and he did not have to, while he fixed the Rogue. When someone hit the loaner car, while parked near my house. I panicked and was really anxious about it. I called the police to report the hit and run. Then called Jim. He simply came looked at it, told me it would all be fine, to call my insurance company. He and his whole team have been wonderful to me. When it was all said and done, I only had to pay my deductible. He is an honest man and came through for me from the start. I would highly recommend his services whether buying a car, or repairs.”

“Really great experience here. We had a flat tire and AAA towed us to Dave's shop, and Dave promptly priced everything out - but then we realized that we might have warranty coverage through the dealership. No problem - Dave let us keep the car in his lot over the weekend while we sorted out the warranty, filled up the tire with air after checking it would hold long enough to get us to the dealership, and advised us on how to get there. He didn't have to do any of these things, but he did, and we're really grateful. We'll definitely be back when we need repairs.”

While there, ask them what they have in the back garage. They always have at least one classic car that the owner entrusted them to maintain. I recall a 1953(?) Corvette there once, only 300 were made.”

“My husband and I collect Nissan Z And he wanted the new Nismo edition in a certain color and we found it some of the dealerships were charging $10-50Thousand over MSRP. Not Speedcraft they were selling for MSRP. I had just gotten the new Z a few months ago we live in AZ that car came from NY it was a horrible experience so I wasn't sure what to expect well we called and spoke to Lee B. What a great guy. This was the easiest we have ever bought a car. Lee was great he sent me pictures of the car kept in touch and Jamie the finance guy was also fabulous. “My daughter gave me her 2018 Subaru and I'm thrilled with the performance of the car. The car's hesitant start on chilly mornings has given me pause for concern so I dropped into Balise Subaru's West Warwick location to ask about it. Lucky for me, I met Benjamin Rickard, the assistant manager of the service department. He researched the history of the car and discovered that there might be solutions to the problem that will be completly free to fix. Additionally, he made me aware of certain warranties on the car that I'd also be entitled to if the problems are related to the balky start.He patiently (and expertly), took a great deal of time to explain the workings of the car. He set up an appointment for me and assured me that there would be no charge. Senior citizens like me get very nervous about unexpected expenditures, but Benjamin's skill set around clear communication gave me utmost confidence in dealing with him/Balise. In this day and age of slipshod service, Benjamin Rickard proved to be a breath of fresh air!PS: my daughter didn't even buy the car from Balise, but a dealership near her in Massachusetts!”
