“I had to get my car inspected and was nervous about doing so, cus ya know there always seems to be unexpected repairs...I called and spoke to Tyler, explained my concerns and he was so genuine, he answered ALL my questions calmly and really put my mind at ease. A few hours later, I go in, waited for maybe 30 minutes in the office, and we were done!! Car passed, and I will never go anywhere else!! You can tell that these people truly care about the customers, and are not just about the money. Wish more companies were like this!!! Definitely got a customer for life here!!!”

“My check engine light came on, so I brought it to Auto Zone for a diagnostic check. Multiple codes came up, but the underlying issue was unclear to me. I called Ray's, and he was able to help immediately. My entire experience was top notch. Besides being taken in very quickly, we were treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect by both mechanics. An additional part was needed at the last minute, which typically would have warranted another appointment. Ray was able to obtain the part needed in a flash, had me return the same afternoon for installation. The overall price was extremely fair, and the work done was excellent. We will be proud returning customers, and would highly recommend Ray's.”

“Primary Care Auto Repair is excellent. They are able to quickly diagnose automotive issues and offer a loaner if needed. I recently had several large jobs done there. One came in under the price that was originally quoted. The other was connected to a previous repair that was still under their warranty. Unfortunately, there was a defective lifter installed 1.5 years ago. They honored their warranty and put about 14 hours of work into my vehicle for no fee.”
“As a college student living far from home, car trouble is more than just inconvenient—it’s terrifying. My car had started randomly stopping on me and shaking back and forth whenever I would brake. I had no idea what was going on, and being on a tight student budget with no nearby family to call, I felt completely overwhelmed.
I brought my car into the Jiffy Lube in Cranston hoping for some answers and what I got was a team of absolute heroes!
They listened patiently to my concerns, never once talking down to me or brushing me off. They took the time to thoroughly inspect my car and actually figured out what was wrong—low oil (lol IM JUST A GIRL). They explained the issue clearly and offered solutions that were both effective and affordable.
Not only did they fix the problem causing the random stalling and violent shaking, but they also made sure the rest of my vehicle was safe and running smoothly before sending me back on the road.
What touched me the most was how human they were. They saw I was stressed and scared, and they treated me with the kind of compassion and care you don’t often find in a business. It felt like talking to family.

“I was visiting family this past week in Providence from Connecticut for New Year's so I'm quite unfamiliar with the area, of course when I tried heading back my car didn't start. My dad tried looking at the car but had no luck so I ended up having to get it towed and taken to a mechanic. One of my friends recommended J.M. Auto Repair so I had the tow drop it off there. When I got there I told them what happened and how it wasn't starting and they understood and started working on the car. They told me that the battery in my car was dead so I got worried because I have a pretty old car (2016 Honda Civic) but luckily they had the battery in stock and put a brand new one in there. These guys were super fast and took like 10 minutes to finish the whole thing so would recommend it if you need something small done, 10/10.”

“I worked auto spa and got to know aris pretty well he took care of me like a son he is reasonably with price and I also know the worker John he been there a long time very respectable and knows the job. It’s very hard to find any place you can trust but aris and John are trustworthy honest and go out of their way to make sure your satisfied iv even seen him let customers take his personal cars if they needed to run errands or go to work or would drop them and pick them up definitely a family feeling establishment and if your looking for reasonable prices and honest work and live or work in the Warwick area check them out!”

“06.28.24 A companies box truck water pump leaked, I called Diego Auto Repair, and they said, "Bring it in. We will fix it with no problem. I brought the water pump and antifreeze they fixed with no problem. I highly recommend this shop, staff members are very polite and will answer all the questions.”
“I bumped into Jamie at a gas station just before purchasing fix a flat for a slow leak. He suggested I didn’t put that into my tire! I went to his shop and fixed my tire within 10 minutes. Cheers to Jamie and the staff over at Harold Crooks Garage. Great staff and great service.”

“I usually go to Valvoline for their quick service. However, at this particular location you get something else. Really good service with management that cares about their customers. I have been here three times and they have all left me with the same feeling. The assistant manager Tyler is super thorough. He cares about his job, is professional and super thorough. I have to commend this young man and hopefully get him recognition. Too many times customer service is overlooked at a busy service spot like Valvoline, but this location is A+.
Management on this location must be really good. Once again Tyler thank you for your help and I can see a bright future for you. As well as the other management at this location. Fantastic place to get an oil change.”

“I went to get my tires balanced (I purchased tires online from different vendor and had them installed and initial balance at a different tire shop near my home) since I was getting a slight vibration around 70 to 75mph.
I called ahead of time and he told me come on down.
When I arrived I told the manager my concern and they went to work not too long after.
They took off the wheels one by one and rebalanced it via the "Road Force" machine and out of the four, they found one that was defective (possible broken belt).
Through the whole process they were showing me the balancing and the outcome of each.
Which was vry helpful and I really liked that since I'm a bit particular when it comes to my vehicle.
A lot of (car repair) places, their workers are pretentious and condescending. thiese guys were very professional and didn't treat you like and idiot.
My car is running much smoother now. but not 100% as it shoul because of 'defective' tire.
I ordered a replacement and as soon as it arrives I will go back to these fine gentlemen and have them swap it out and "road force balance" and return the defective for a refund.
First time customer, and with this great first impression, hopefully a long time cusomer.

“Well, I went for oil change today at Jiffy Lube on bald Hill Road in Warwick. I thought it was kind of expensive for my 2014 Toyota he said I required synthetic oil so it came to $130 I guess I can handle that if it keeps my car from needing more maintenance.
I have to say I was a little concerned this particular place asked for my license. no other Retail has ever asked for my license so as a heads up I will tell them no next time. don’t give them your license. I called the Warwick police to file a report. The policeman was no help whatsoever. I am very uncomfortable with that and I’ve asked around and no one has ever been asked for their license at the Jiffy Lube.

“It was busy here this morning got a oil change at 12 o clock the team was professional and helped me with my needs. The other location i went to on post road was loud and asked me about different questions about the car i chose not to answer this one was happy to help wasnt quick or fast enough but i waited 25 mins for me to get into the bay witch wasnt a hassle to me i will be coming here on in the future again. I saw some team members goofing around playing on the cell phones and talking i understand its a monday but things in that matter should be handle accordingly.”
“I generally send my husband to take care of any car maintenance for me because I had something really bad happen to me at a mechanic shop when I lived in NY and it still makes me uneasy. That being said, I had to bring my car for an oil change myself today, and am glad to report that I had a very good experience at Jiffy Lube of Coventry. I love that I didn’t even have to get out of the car, and that there was a female mechanic! The service was very quick, and the male manager was nice too. I did bottom out trying to get out of the parking lot though hahah. I can actually say that I would go there by myself again, which is huge for me. Thank you!”
“I'm from Texas and my Ford Focus is over 160,000. It had a bad reaction after traveling over some rough pavement; but it received quality mechanical treatment from the technician after I approved work following thorough discussion with the service advisor.
Although I like to think I am knowledgeable about my vehicle, I overlooked a detail the service advisor caught. It was money well spent and the vehicle performed well on the drive back home.”

“It's hard to beat the convenience of having your oil changed in 10 minutes (don't go on weekends to avoid a long wait for other cars). The staff have always been quick and professional, helping to reset the warnings on the dash and offering additional services like new wipers, topping off coolant, etc.
You do pay more ($120 w/tax in June 2025) but you can be in and out fast so you're paying for the convenience.”
