So i had an extra gold chain that i rarely wore and figured i'd convert it to cash. he gentleman that was there was very nice and although he didn't meet the quote he gave me over the phone, he explains why. So i do feel i got a bit of an education in the process. I'll be going back to him, because he really did have the highest price!!”
