Pharmacy is rude and all products in store are over priced as with every cvs. Lame call to talk to pharmacy and let them know you have questions about a couple things just to be hung up on before the first thing is even figured out. Happened multiple times and I know I'm not the only one. Also rude at three drive thru and drive thru takes forever. Hope you're not in any kind of a hurry.

I'm not sure why the pharmacy staff here ( pharmacist included ) are so miserable all the time, but I've honestly never experienced such hostile interactions in my life. I literally haven't had a positive experience here in years. And judging from other reviews on various sites, I'm not alone in that. I literally just watched the pharmacist roll their eyes at me when I told her I currently can't walk into the store (as they requested) as I'm healing from surgery. I get that working with the public sucks, but that's not your customer's fault. I don't want to interact with anyone either. Lol. Prescriptions aren't ready when I arrive even though the app or calls I get say they are. I've had prescriptions be wrong multiple times as well. But the worst part of all of it is how rude the staff is every single time. I have no idea how this is acceptable to their employer. If I were rude to my clients, I'd have no job. If you hate your job or working with the public that much, maybe try another job field?

Pharmacy staff are RUDE, don't listen carefully to your requests, are Narcissistic and Very unprofessional. They were looking for the paperwork that gets attached to your receipt in the GARBAGE. The young female has a snarky attitude and is verbally abusive to customers. She takes no responsibility when it comes to her mistakes or being uncertain of procedures!!

THERE ARE CERTAIN WOMEN ASSOCIATES WHO TREAT ME COMPLETELY AWFUL!!! THEY ARE NOT POLITE, DO NOT GREET YOU IN A KIND WAY; OR AT ALL… BUT WILL FOLLOW ME AROUND THE STORE IN A VERY NASTY WAY. Every time I go in the store I SPEND $!!!! There have been a few times I felt soooo embarrassed by how these women treated me that I did in fact put my merchandise down & walk right out. But unfortunately Westerly is a small town, and the CVS on Granite St. are open 24 hrs. …. so I literally have to endure the treatment!!! Anyone who has ever came in there with me, when these particular women were working, WERE SHOCKED at how they treated me & them!!!! I have NEVER GIVEN ANY ASSOCIATE ANY REASON TO “THINK” that I was … IDK… I’m assuming “taking things”???!!!! YES THERE ARE TIMES WHEN MY BASKET IS GETTING FULL, and I decide there is an item I do not need, and yes I do put it down, and no not all times exactly where I found it. I work in retail and it IS THE WORKES JOB TO “RECOVER” a STORE ; WHICH MEANS GO AROUND ISLES AND FINDING ITEMS THAT ARE OUT OF PLACE, & RETURN IT TO THEIR ORIGINAL ISLE!!! I WAS ONCE COMPLETELY EMBARRASSED, this associate who was their tonight, HAD A LINE BEHIND ME AND IN A EXTREMELY RUDE WAY ASKED WHERE THOSE ITEMS WERE, BECAUSE SHE OR THE OTHER ONE WORKING W/ HER LITERALLY WAS HIP TO HIP WITH ME THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THEIR….. WHICH MAKES A CUSTOMER WHO IS SPENDING $ IN YOUR STORE … NOT WANT TO!!!!! BUT SHE RUDELY EMBARRASSED ME QUESTIONING ME ABOUT WHERE THE 2-3 ITEMS WERE, INSINUATING AS IF I HAD “TAKEN THEM” IN FRONT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!! I LITERALLY SAID WOULD U LUKE ME TO SHOW U WHERE TNEY ARE? And she SAID YES!!! So I had to be late to where I was heading… so I could show this women where a bag of candy was & and even more embarrassing (a medicine) That I had put down!!!!!! AND STILL I AM TREATED HORRIBLY!!! And I had just spent 85$ BEFORE SHE EMBARRASSED ME LIKE THAT!!!! Again tonight, My friend felt so upset & felt protective of me … because they continued to treat her same as me!! Then we go to pay, and the two women (one was younger) gathered up at register while I am paying… while they stand their staring at me, smirking at me!!!! COMPLETELY INHUMAN!!!!!!

My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. Went to pick it late after work. Pharmacist filled the prescription for me. What a relief.

My wife called her Dr for a refill of a RX that she cannot miss a dose off. I went there around nine the following morning to pick it up and was told that the medication was out of stock but that they were expecting it later that day. I went back at four in the afternoon and was told that it was " in process" which I thought meant that it was being or going to be filled. I went back after seven that evening and again was told that it was "in process" I asked what that meant and that I had been told that before. I also mentioned that my wife absolutely had to have that medication. After checking the CVS on Franklin they discovered that, that store had plenty of the medication that the Granite St store had none of. (Apparently, they do a better job of managing their RX stock )The girl at the counter told me she would transfer the RX to the other store. SHE DID NOT DO THAT! When I arrived at the Franklin St store, they did not have the RX. The girls at Franklin St did their job. They looked up the RX and they got it filled.So, Thank You to the team at Franklin St.CVSSHAME on the group at Granite St CVS.They were rude, inconsiderate, ignorant and uncaring. I will not be doing business there anymore.

Cashier was friendly. There was no line. I got what I was looking for and used some Extra Bucks to and a 30% coupon to help bring down the cost of my purchases. I also earned another $5 in Extra Bucks to use next time.

I usually walk in having a great day til people that work there give me dirty looks or a snobby attitude or the sarcastic "wow" remark under your breath if u ask a question or want to know where an item is located

The store part is fine, the pharmacy is terrible. The people who work in the pharmacy seem miserable and there is some big issue every single time I have to get a new prescription filled so it usually ends up being a ordeal that lasts a few hours, multiple phone calls back and fourth from the doctors office to to them in order to explain to them how to do their job and then another trip there. Seriously, it’s happened more then twice. And, they’re rude on top of it all. I’m changing pharmacies.

The man with glasses working the register at the pharmacy is insanely rude. I believe his name was david. I asked to resubmit one of my child’s meds that was apparently put back on the shelf before I could get there, and was met with “I don’t have time for that, you can wait by the window and see if I can find time. We are short staffed.” Uhhh? Okay? But that isn’t my fault and I still need to be able to pickup the meds that are ready. I also had a few items to check out, asked him to scan my card so I could use my reward and he literally refused. He said “no, I already rang it up, your total is $x.” So I asked again to just scan my card so I use the $29 reward, and he then aggressive voided everything in my order and told me no. Then slammed all my items back onto the counter and told me to do it somewhere else What kind of customer service is that?! You shouldn’t be working with customers if you can’t handle being a LITTLE polite.

Pharmacy on Granite str. Westerly RI is place where You never should go expecting Kindness,. Help, nice Treating People who coming for Help ,are expecting a little patience and understanding. Don't find any help from people who are frustrated , angry and in that way trying show themselves how they are important, o in result training done from customers garbage showing all the time thair worst skills and instinct which shouldn't have any person working For People ?

The gentleman who works at the pharmacy is one of the rudest workers I have ever dealt with. He does not care about people. Why have a job like this if your goal isn't to help? Hes rude. If it's busy He won't check into things for you. Everyone gets busy ... still your job to look into what's the miscommunication and where... wouldn't even tell me which cvs had the medicine I was in search of I had to call Franklin St cvs to help me. My son needed his med and I thank you Franklin st cvs for being so much friendlier and willing to help. I know workers are tough to find but is it worth losing customers because you have someone with no people skills working there?I do however give Kirstin 5 stars! She always goes above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. No matter the like. People come first in her eyes she's the reason I don't switch to a different cvs for meds. Thank you Kristin for you're patience no matter what the situation.

Wanted to pick up a Covid test without going inside. The women on the phone told me I would need to have someone go inside for me, then hung up on me without even a care to know if I had any other questions. She could have cared less about the human on the other end of the phone line.It breaks my heart for anyone who doesn’t have family or friends who live close by that could go inside to grab them a test. This woman could have definitely shown more kindness and stopped for one second to be more human and less focused on being efficacious.
