CVS offers exceptional customer service. On a hard day, a customer was visibly crying and the pharmacy was kind and patient. A prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy but the pharmacist filled it, providing relief. The cashier was friendly, no line, and the customer used Extra Bucks and a 30% coupon, earning another $5 Extra Bucks for next time.
I am very grateful for my pharmacy care team. They are consistently knowledgeable, professional, and kind. They take the time to answer my questions and make me feel confident in my care.
