Charlene helped me with taxes today. What a wonderful person. Very calming. Had some questions about k forms and she handled everything , professionally and efficiently. I lost sleep last night thinking about taxes and owed $$$$. I left Charlene feeling so relaxed and relieved…. Bravo, great thing going at walmarts( you need a quieter spot, though)I am grateful for you efficient service and Charlene’s kindness. Thank you

I was able to schedule my tax refund prep appointment same day. Convenient availability. I went into westerly walmart where JH sets up every tax season. Lisa was very thorough and was able to finish under her allotted time. She was very kind and an A+ in building customer rapport. And we have the same birthday we figured out! All in all great experience. 10 out of 10 recommend

Kimberly was easy to talk to and helpful. Getting taxes done can be nerve racking. But I felt comfortable and confident. This was my first year using Jackson Hewitt. I'm definitely planning on going back next year!
