“So much better service and quality of product than the Verizon store, which is literally RIGHT NEXT DOOR. Plus Verizon didn't live up to their end of an upgrade deal they offered back in June of 2022. As a result, after giving Verizon almost two (2) years to resolve and without resolution, I took my family plane ($450.00+ per month) to AT&T. So far, AT&T has lived up to their end of the deal.”
