I have been putting off having my Watch batteries replaced. Woke up this morning and did some research on local jewelry shops in town. There were several in or around the area. Called Nigrelli’s and requested some info and I headed to the shop. The shop is located in downtown Westerly, RI. Easy to find. Street parking and parking spaces available by the Furniture store. Walked in and was kindly greeted by a couple of beautiful women. Gave one of the women my watches and I was in and out within 20 minutes. The shop has a pretty good selection of jewelry from my observation. The shop is also clean and the interaction with the women was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend if you prefer in-shop service instead of having your items send out. Fast, Professional, and Friendly. I would have taken some photos but wanted to be respectful to the business.

This is a family owned jewelry store in downtown Westerly. My mother in law has come a few times to buy things or to sell things to them like sterling silver items, old jewelry, etc. They usually ask for you to ring the door before they can let you in. Once you come inside, the staff is mostly all family members working together to provide excellent customer service. A nice small business that has been around Southern Rhode Island for decades.

Thank you so much to Sandy & Sandy for such a wonderful experience for my 5 year old-who wanted nothing more than to get her ears pierced for her birthday. My daughter is a tough cookie, but I was nervous! The smile never left her face through the whole process. They were so kind and sweet to her that it made such a big day for us even more special! She even left with a little stuffed animal kitty for being so brave. I will be back for sure when my 9 year old decides she is ready for hers to be done. Highly recommend!

do not recommend!!!! Check the appraisals and their TRUE quality of diamonds. Double the price and quadrupled the appraisal. Taking advantage of people who are not educated on diamonds...disgusting

I took my 5 year old daughter to her ears pierced today. The staff had recommended that we wait until a day they had 2 staff members so they could do both ears at once. I thought it would be fine to do one at a time. In hindsight, we should have waited and I would HIGHLY recommend for other people to do that if you have a little kid. However, at the end of the day, my daughter did end up with both ears pierced! Sandy was absolutely amazing. She was unbelievably patient with my daughter and did not make me feel that I was taking up her time (which we took up quite a bit of time). If anyone needs to get ears pierced, I highly recommended Nigrelli’s!
