Kim helped me with my upgrade and was super nice and explained everything to me. Explained all of my options and changes to my plan and bill. I was very grateful as I got to the store shortly before closing but she didn't hesitate to provide excellent customer service! A+ experience as my phone was not holding a charge which is why I got there so late.

I couldn’t have had a better experience at a Verizon store, Kassondra, was not only well versed in each of the products, but was able to assist 3 clients at a time. She wasn’t frazzled, was able to check-in on all of us and make us all feel valued. I recently moved to RI and this is going to be my go to store because of my experience with Kassondra!

Courtnee and Kim were a huge help recently when my phone lost service, and they were able to get me set up with a replacement phone in no time. Both were extremely friendly each time I came in (and I had to come in a bunch that day).
