Vincent was very professional and knew what he was doing. We ran into some snags and he had to deal with Verizon on the phone and he knew exactly what he needed to progress my phone transfers. I had a difficult order because I was returning a new Samsung I wanted to try and decided to go back to an Apple so I made his day very difficult but he got it done and even stayed past closing time to make sure it was done correctly.

Every time I walk into Verizon in westerly Patrick has been the guy I go to. He fixes the issues, helps me get billing taken Care of and of course helps me pick out the next upgrade. I have been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and the last 5 have been because of working w Patrick! He goes above and beyond.

Patrick did an amazing job with my upgrade. He is very efficient, considerate, and able to multitask. The environment at Verizon wireless is very user-friendly and the team there works well together. They are very highly recommended.

I cracked the screen on my S22 and came to the Wireless Zone with the thought of replacing the screen. But Jamie Carreira showed us the new S24 phones and they look amazing, so my husband and I decided to both upgrade instead. Jamie was incredible, so technically proficient that she made the whole process so easy. Easier than any phone change/ upgrade we've ever done. And she was so pleasant as well. Thank you Jamie!

Vinny is one of the finest customer service people I have been in contact…..ever, actually. I was going to say recently, but I had to stop to think about it because right from the moment I stepped out of my car to enter the store, he greeted me with genuine kindness. Sincere, pleasant, well-dressed and well-mannered, I felt instantly comfortable and respected as a fellow human being.
When I told him I was in search of phone repair—and that my phone was from another provider—not a single thing changed. He continued to enthusiastically and warmly help me find solutions to best suit my needs.
His genuine interest in good communication and in providing support should get more than five stars because I would definitely give them to Vinny! Thank you, Vinny! You are an unforgettable person who is helping make this world a better place
As much as I dread the thoughts of sitting through another provider switch, I’m now considering coming back to Verizon because of Vinny.
