Another customer, however, reported a concerning incident at the drive-up ATM at the Cumberland Street branch in Woonsocket, where they were approached by a person asking for money. The customer immediately reported the incident to the bank, and they advise others to be cautious and aware of their surroundings when using the drive-up ATM.
Ashley is the best bank teller I ever had at citizens. She is extremely efficient and smart and she handled my problem so quickly and she knows exactly what she's doing. Ashley, you're the best. Thank you for being so good at your job! You should be in charge of all the banks!
