“Jocelyn, the owner who is also, I may add, an amazing woman, has an impeccable ability to pick out the perfect frame/matting for her customer's visual wants and price point.As much as Jocelyn's artistic ability in putting colors together for the customer's picture, she is a very patient and great heart- filled woman.When my Momma was in the hospital last year before she passed, I brought to her a picture with a poem on it my eldest daughter had drawn, on just plain sketch paper for my Momma and when my Momma received it, of course she cried ...To protect the picture during Momma's final weeks in the hospital I went straight to Jocelyn and with much emotion I told her I would really appreciate having the picture back as soon as possible so Momma could enjoy it as long as possible in the hospital.She teared up at my situation and said she'd frame it right away. I cannot remember exactly how long it took because the days were a blur at that time, but I know it was less than 5 days. You DONT GET that kind of caring service anymore... from NO business owners... Jocelyn is professional with her framing ability coupled with that she has a heart of gold ❤❤THANK YOU, Jocelyn, for going that extra "thousand miles" for me when I needed someone to care..So for the reasons listed above, and from the many..
