“Happy New Year! Definitely surprised and pleased that they were open on New Year's Day. I bought a cat tower just before Xmas and my cat jumped from the top onto the basket part and it snapped in half. Very surprised but I called them and they were able to do an exchange with no problems at all. The staff was amazing and very helpful. This is my go to place. Thank you to the manager that they contacted right away about this problem and was kind enough to accept this exchange. The tags were not even removed from the stand even.”

“Personally, I love the products they carry. It’s all 100% top quality, some of the best brands you could feed your pets. I visit every pet store in the city and change up where im going to do a food haul based on stock, I have never seen this pet store before so I thought I should check it out before my next shopping trip. Most prices were okay compared to other places, some a bit more expensive. It was a bit too quiet and awkward, and the place was a bit difficult to find. But overall a decent little store. However, as a pet food nerd myself im kind of surprised at the feedback in the reviews when it comes to folks that haven’t been exposed to information regarding quality pet food diets. The replies to the negative reviews are very double sided, it pains me to see a great store with cocky remarks towards their negative feedback. I know getting a bad review feels like an attack, it’s just not right to treat it like one. Whether they’ve been to the store or not, doesn’t matter. Whether they feed a diet you don’t agree with, doesn’t matter.”

“Sales associate helped me find a bigger size of my brand of dog food. Unfortunately they didn't have it in stock so she suggested a different flavor and said it was very popular. She also said that if my dog doesn't like it, I can return the bag as long as it's over 50% full. Very helpful and friendly there. Was greated upon arrival and asked if I needed help finding anything.”
