What kind of bank closes on a busy Black Friday I even called the bank about a deposit question saying I’d be in later today to make this important deposit and that didn’t even tell me they would be closed by then. Definitely thinking of switching banks.

Would prefer 0 stars. Terrible customer service. Even with a signed agreement, they will just take money from your account. Expect no help. I would suggest a different financial institution.
