“Unfortunately I had some really bad news relating to a transmission issue and Luke brought it in and inspected it and attempted the quick fix i asked for. Due to his schedule he wasn't able to do the bigger job required but he didn't charge me for the 30 minutes or so he needed ro help me diagnose the issue. These things matter to us drivers and its hard to find a shop that doesn't gouge you on everything it can. Appreciate it and will remember this in the future.”
