Synergy CU act for the best interest of their members. The contact centre is responsive, always eager to assist with real people, no wait times and a local feel. The call centre is very responsive and can always get ahold of someone. Members feel not pressured to open any accounts when meeting with a Financial Advisor. They are willing to work with members to find a solution and familiarise themselves with underwriting. The community say good things about Synergy CU.

They act for the best interest of their members so I do not feel pressured to open any accounts when meeting with my Financial Advisor. Moreover, their contact centre is responsive and always eager to assist!
However, the FSA’s should familiarise themselves more with their underwriting.
