“I was truly impressed by the honesty and genuineness I experienced at Can-Am Rubber during my out-of-province vehicle inspection. I had received several quotes from other places, but ultimately chose Can-Am Rubber. They explained every aspect of the inspection process to me, clarifying what would constitute a pass or a failure. I highly recommend them for SGI mechanical inspections.”

“EDITED TO ADD: After posting this review, Steve (the manager, I think) reached out to me directly to resolve these issues. He was very apologetic and offered me a refund for the charges I paid for the services that were not performed accurately and offered me a free re-alignment to ensure my car is now in good, safe, working order. I originally rated my experience as 1 star, but after hearing Steve's response, I feel 4 stars is appropriate based on the level of customer service I received once these problems were made known to management. Took my car in for a safety inspection and to install the summer tires. They installed the steel summer rims with the lug nuts from the aluminum winter rims which could have resulted in the wheel coming loose. The lug nuts were in a box on top of the wheels when it was dropped off, so not sure how they missed this. For a place that calls itself a tire shop how did they not know it was incorrect and not say anything? We completed all the safety items ourselves except for the rear toe arms because the bolts were too rusted. I called the shop to book it in for them to install the parts I already purchased for this. When arriving they were resistant to installing customer supplied parts and said they wouldn't warranty the install. After the job was complete we took a look at home and one of the toe arm nuts was blatantly loose, all the others were only hand tight, and this installation cost $600. I'm not sure if they left the nuts loose purposely because we supplied the parts, or if it's just more incompetence like the wheel nuts. The reason I went to this shop was for a safety inspection and each time I left the car was more unsafe after the work they did.”

“On July 11 - My husband called in desperate need to get a valve stem swapped our for his truck. We were headed on the highway for a funeral and of course this happened!! We called, and the AMAZING staff squeezed us right in on a busy Saturday morning. Thankfully, we made it in time for the private family viewing before the service as well as the funeral. Fountain Tire staff - you have no idea how much this means to our family. We cannot thank you enough. Our business will be coming back for sure.”

“My family blew a tire on our way to Winnipeg. They made us space in their busy day and got us on the road as quick as possible! They even had a used tire in our niche size. Great service! Would give more stars if I could!”
