“Kelvin’s is simply great, best way to put it. Shawn won’t hesitate to take a look at any wheel or tire project you have or can imagine. Super friendly staff all around and the list of what they do goes on. I have had them repair and refinish wheels, install and balance tires, etc. All of the things that you would assume a tire shop would do.
Yes, they are the #1 stop for custom wheels and tires, but don’t think that you need to have a fancy car with fancy wheels and tires; take your minivan there and get your tires installed and balanced. I’ve had them install new low profile tires on wide wheels, but I’ve also had them do the OEM wheels and tires on my Honda CRV. If you think their rates are too high, I guess you didn’t deserve quality in the first place. They charge what their services are worth and they will go the extra mile for anyone.”

“Got bad city road condition need towing service, and they recommended me to get rim fix in A-one.
I am also recommend A-1 Tire & Wheel. I came and visit in the morning 8:20, get service immediately because they are so quick. Just 10 minutes waiting to setup all information and stuffs. No need to make appointments.
Only 50 minutes, they got my rims set and tires ready.
Price is awesome”
“EDITED TO ADD: After posting this review, Steve (the manager, I think) reached out to me directly to resolve these issues. He was very apologetic and offered me a refund for the charges I paid for the services that were not performed accurately and offered me a free re-alignment to ensure my car is now in good, safe, working order. I originally rated my experience as 1 star, but after hearing Steve's response, I feel 4 stars is appropriate based on the level of customer service I received once these problems were made known to management.
Took my car in for a safety inspection and to install the summer tires. They installed the steel summer rims with the lug nuts from the aluminum winter rims which could have resulted in the wheel coming loose. The lug nuts were in a box on top of the wheels when it was dropped off, so not sure how they missed this. For a place that calls itself a tire shop how did they not know it was incorrect and not say anything? We completed all the safety items ourselves except for the rear toe arms because the bolts were too rusted. I called the shop to book it in for them to install the parts I already purchased for this. When arriving they were resistant to installing customer supplied parts and said they wouldn't warranty the install. After the job was complete we took a look at home and one of the toe arm nuts was blatantly loose, all the others were only hand tight, and this installation cost $600. I'm not sure if they left the nuts loose purposely because we supplied the parts, or if it's just more incompetence like the wheel nuts. The reason I went to this shop was for a safety inspection and each time I left the car was more unsafe after the work they did.”
