“If you’re looking for a pharmacist who truly cares about your wellbeing, who is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to help guide you through your medical journey: come to this pharmacy. I’ve had absolutely nothing but excellent experiences that exceeded my expectations. I’ve had horrible interactions with Shoppers, “missing” faxed prescriptions, exceedingly long wait times and rude interactions with staff. Patel always greets you with a smile and makes you feel important. He knows his clients by name. He truly makes you feel like a human being, unlike the way I’ve felt in the past. He has helped me with insurance questions, calling to make sure I have my prescriptions prior to a weekend when I’m running out. He has even delivered them out of hours to make sure I wasn’t without over the weekend. I highly recommend coming here, I wish I switched sooner!”

“Edited to add: Manger replied to my review. Called him as requested, and he was professional, ensured follow-up would occur and offered to find the item and set aside for me.Drove quite a distance to this store because it said they had a good stock of an item that is only carried by two stores in Regina. I went to the area where they should be and found an employee unboxing items there. I asked her where they would be located, and she was completely rude to me, stated, "I have no idea, we only have TEN more pallets to go through! I have no idea where they are." She then walked away from me, as I continued to stand there. Another employee standing there just looked at me like I was crazy to ask such a thing because they were clearly too busy to help a customer. The staff here need some serious training in the customer service department. So disappointing...”
“Always something to buy at shoppers. Not just prescriptions and medical supplies. This store sells everything from food, cosmetics, electronics, screws, postal services. They have check outs with assistance or self check. You can earn reward points for cash which comes in handy when times are tight. Overall we love this store. Only tng is they keep changing the closure timelier and earlier. It used to be ti midnight, then 11 then 10. And there was one that was 24 hrs. So that sucks they took all of that away ?.”
