“Great team. Fast, helpful and, best of all, non-judgemental. None of which I have experienced at any Shopper’s Drug Mart - the opposite in fact. For a time I was taking a medication which needed to be dispensed daily, and they were kind enough to open a charge account for me so I could pay it off once per month, rather than having to take the time to pay daily, which made going there daily MUCH more convenient than it would have been. I didn’t realize ANYONE still opened charge accounts for their customers in this day and age.Pharmacists are all fantastic: very knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and on top of your situation- faxing in refill requests and/or warning you to see the doctor so one never ends up stuck without their meds.Ladies at the checkout SUPER friendly and helpful. I ride an e-scooter and rather than them telling me “you can’t bring that in the store” she’ll open the exit door for me any time she sees me coming (just inside the exit door is where I like to leave it while shopping - out of the other customer’s way).Over my more than two decades with them there have been many other examples of how they’ve done something extra for me, things that one doesn’t see happening in any of the large chain pharmacies.”

They are timely about phoning me when my prescriptions are due and ready ( I have significant heart and lung issues ) and are always pleasant to deal with.Yesterday I was 5 minutes late from their closing time. As I was walking back to my car the fellow that had just closed came running across the parking lot and reopened the pharmacy to get my meds to me.Top level service. Thank you to all the staff!”

She goes out of her way to provide you with answers to the best of her ability for any question you may have. If she doesn't know it off the top of her head, she will look it up and get back to you about it. She has helped my medical team and myself with many applications and forms as well, sometimes even providing updates on the process, which is way above and beyond any expection.
