I have to go to the bank 5 times a week and have always had very good service. But I have found that they have problems with their system (computers freezing, problems taking deposits, etc).

I like the people who work there but I use the drive through for deposits etc and it’s always down. This weekend again. And they lock the bank doors so it’s the only option. Not happy.

Tyler the branch manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to get a business account opened and he set up me for an account. I was very happy that this was a quick service which I, later came to know that he withheld half of the information I needed. He performed a credit check and now I was stuck with this bank, totally unprofessional. I set up a meeting with him for next day and he sent another staff member to say that he went on lunch and then he sent a teams message to her saying ‘he can go somewhere else’. Don’t trust this person or this bank.

This bank is the most useless bank I have ever been to in my life can't get to ATMs afterhours the staff is useless I do not why this bank is even here it could shut down and that would be more useful put a timmies in its place

You can tell employees are paid by the hour…slow as molasses. And no one bothers to pick up the phone. They should just take the phone number off their website.

The Branch Manager Tyler Kowalski, doesn't Value his customers, only the profit Margins...this is shown by the 100% staff turnover each quarter....heaven forbid someone earn a raise.
I was able to cancel my account without Debit card or ID or even ask security questions.
What a joke.

Really a pity that one cannot leave a review with zero stars. Went to the bank this afternoon to buy or order Euros. The teller was immediately unhelpful and rude. We have most of our funds in a saving account but my wife does the internet banking so when I go there, they would need to cross reference our address to locate the savings account since I don’t carry around our account numbers. This was not possible with the teller as she wasn’t bothered trying. She needed me to pay the complete cost of the Euros in advance today, which I would have done if she would have looked up my savings account. I was trying to order cash from a bank and not get a loan or mortgage or something however she was handling this like it was a special order or something. At the end of the day if I decided not to take the euros then the bank would still be in possession of then and not out of pocket for a single cent (her attitude was like they were specifically printing them of me). Crazy how this teller was making it sound like brain surgery. The line up was to the door when I arrived as usual and I’ve had consistent problems with this branch when trying to send money transfers out of the country so now I use “Western Union” as it’s so much easier and reliable. I also left a call back message today with 2 BMO branches in Saskatoon and surprise surprise, I never got a call back. An utterly unprofessional organization, shop around folks before doing business with BMO. Thanks for nothing from a soon to be ex-customer

Worst. NEVER bank with BMO. Honestly. They don't answer their phones, they have demonstrated massive incompetence with our mortgage, credit cards, establishing the account, cross-border transfers, opening and closing accounts, and more. At this particular branch, I tried to get through to somebody at the branch many, many times during opening hours and the phone system simply kept spitting me out into the telephone banking system. TERRIBLE BANK. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. It is not the same with every bank in Canada, either - my wife is with TD and while they have problems, it's nothing like the massive and sustained incompetence that we have been across all branches and divisions of this bank. Learn from our experience over many years!!

Extremely upset how they have handled assisting our family with the process after my dad passed away. If you know anyone who might be dieing soon consider getting them to another bank because these guys will take so long assisting you that their stuff will go to probate and they won’t offer any help.

It is month end and only 2 tills open. Everytime i come to do a usd account transaction i have to stay at the teller for almost 30mins. Your tellers needed more training and you need more tellers as well. Will be closing my account soon
