“Customer service is the core and the most essential aspect of any service industry. Especially retail. My wife and I went to mark's - Cornerstone to shop for winter boots for her and I. This being the first winters of the prairies canada for my wife, she was not sure what to look for and where to start. We were lucky that we got excellent assistance from Lacey the part time sales associate at Mark's. She understood the shopping need, budget and aesthetics and helped us pick the right product.
