I walk in and am recognized by the staff,
They treat us like friends , at the branch and in public !! We get assistance, advice and informed information!!

I won’t name names incase I miss someone

They don’t assault me with service charges !
They don’t insult me with service charges !!
They don’t force minimum balances !!!
They treated us 100% with respect And understanding with handling an estate”

“My criticism, if I’m being fair, is that I submitted a customer service web form and never heard back. I eventually had to carve out time to visit the branch in person.

That said, once I got there, the experience reminded me why I’ve stayed with credit unions for so long. The line moved quickly, the representative was warm and genuinely helpful, there was already a note on my file about one of my preferences (which worked out quite nicely -- thank you), and to top it off, a woman offered me a cookie.

I’ve always liked credit unions and have continued to support them with my banking business. There’s still a real small-town, prairie kind of feel to these institutions. Sometimes that may mean a process or two is a little less streamlined. Other times, it means people remember your preferences… and hand you baked goods.

PS: If you’re looking for continuous improvement feedback, I’d love to see statements made easier to scan and track spending, and I think the mobile app would be stronger if the home screen defaulted to available funds.”

He was polite, attentive to my request, and respectful of my time. I needed a specific report from my account, however I was previously told at the Gordon Road branch and also in Prince Albert that this statement would only be available in April.
Jignesh Prajapati simply checked whether the information was already available in my account and was able to provide the requested report in a short amount of time. I truly appreciated his calm confidence, professionalism, and willingness to help.
After spending a significant amount of time visiting different BMO branches trying to resolve this issue, it turned out that the solution only required a responsible and professional employee who was willing to look into the matter carefully.
