This store doesn’t answer their phone. I tried calling customer service 5 times. The first time they picked up and put me on hold without saying hello. So I tried calling back and they quit answering. The pinpad gave me the option to call the manager on duty and even the manager didn’t answer!

I needed 4 new tires for my truck so I looked online to find some decent tires.
There were some Cooper Discoverer AT3 4’s on sale for a very good price. Regular 455 $ each on sale for 276 $. Really good deal for a good tire.
My truck takes 275/55/R20 just for context.
I checked availability and Estevan only had 2 (which is my hometown) but Canadian Tire on Prince of Whales had 2 in stock as well.
So I made the drive up to purchase these other 2 to go along with the 2 I purchased in Estevan.
Canadian Tire Prince of Whales charged me 349$ per tire instead of honouring the sale price of 276$. They also charged me a disposal fee of the old tires even though I didn’t get them swapped out.
Very disappointed.

One of my favourite stores to shop and browse in. Good selection of automotive items and tools. I love the outdoors camping section layout! ?️?
Knowledgeable and friendly staff always available to help with questions and load your vehicle with bulky or heavy items!
I wait for the sales as some items are somewhat pricey.
Just purchased Spa Chemicals, they have a great selection and reasonably priced compared to some Spa stores!
Swimming pools and chemical kits also available!

Canadian Tire has an excellent return and replacement policy. Remember to register your warranty on purchases which makes the return, replacement or refund process seamless. Thanks!

Ok so I had bought a car fuse from another location and was near the east location so I stopped in for I had gotten the wrong fuse. So went to customer service and was going to return it and look for another fuse and do some other shopping which the associate was very snotty and said they didn’t return fuses from other locations ummm what? Anyways she finally said she would do an exchange which again ummm ok so you are still taking the fuse back lol…. Anyways so I come back with the new fuse and set it on the counter along with the other one and my receipt and she looks at me and swipes it all to the side and I am like what the ?⁉️ and she replied with attitude that I had put my stuff on her piece of paper like seriously ridiculous like are you kidding me. Anyways DID NOT do more shopping there and not sure if I will went to another store and got what I needed she needs to be retrained or fired! Work to damn hard to have crap like that in places I spend my hard earned money in!!!

Untrustworthy. Mechanic lied about breaking my driver side car door handle when I had it in for service. It was absolutely not broken when I dropped it off. Management said could do nothing if mechanic says he didn't break it. I have used Canadian Tire South for years with no problems but moved so tried this location. Will never use this location again. Very frustrated. Have to give it a star to post but does not deserve it.
