I had a good experience at this branch. I needed help after my card and account had been frozen due to suspected fraud. Mosammut, Kamal and Jennifer were all patient, supportive and kind. They made a difficult situation easier to bear and I greatly appreciated it.

One very knowledgeable and courteous teller who I very much appreciate and I would give a five. Otherwise very long periods of time in line, lack of process knowledge, and more than one teller who is quite quite consistently rude.
