I had a long cheque issue and visited several CIBC branches, but no one helped properly. When I came to the downtown branch, the manager Marcie was amazing. She was very kind, listened carefully, and is now tracing my cheque. I finally feel relieved. Great customer service!

The Girls at CIBC downtown 11th Ave are the greatest, always willing to help in any way. A teller was assaulted with the end of those pen holders, this NUTTYGIRL that did that to the teller didn't even do anything, she didn't even go this teller. She remain professional through the whole ordeal....
