Esso is a convenient gas station located in the downtown area, just two blocks from the reviewer's home. The service is generally good, but the reviewer has encountered a locked front door during regular business hours on multiple occasions. The station had everything the reviewer needed, until they ran out of lids for their coffee cups. When the reviewer asked a staff member for a lid, they simply shrugged, which left the reviewer unsatisfied with the experience, resulting in a 3-star rating.

This particular ESSO is where I usually get gas for both my personal vehicles as well as my work trucks. It is a convenient, downtown location while also being only two blocks from where I live.
