Never had any issues, pay at the pump always works fine, and the location with busy Arcola right there makes me feel pretty safe regardless of the time. Exiting the parking lot to Arcola can be rough but you can get out at a side street easy with a light right there.”

“This particular ESSO is where I usually get gas for both my personal vehicles as well as my work trucks. It is a convenient, downtown location while also being only two blocks from where I live. Generally the service is very good but I have encountered a locked front door, on a number of visits, during regular business hours.”

Always asking how I am, making sure I use my Journie card/points. It is always clean inside and outside. When my car broke down across the street, one of the staff was kind enough to help me push it half a block while others just stood and watched.Even if it means going out of my way, I will always chose them.”

“The people who work there are amazing. Handled themselves when a customer came in and was quite rude over the fact that they had several strentghs of the brand she asked for. I was there. I witnessed it. Kudos to those guys for being so cool, even though the customer was not!!For those of you who found the staff rude, that is too bad. When i walk in, i can see on their faces that something isn't right. Covid took it's toll even on them.”
