Home & Garden RONA is a local hardware store that provides a range of products and services to its customers. The store staff are known for their excellent customer service, with several reviews praising their willingness to go above and beyond to assist customers. One customer was impressed when a store representative, who was not even in the relevant department, took the time to help them find the perfect portable air conditioner unit. Another customer commended the staff for price matching an item to the Amazon price, even though it was sold out elsewhere in the city. The store's delivery process, however, has received some criticism, with customers finding the lack of flexibility in scheduling inconvenient. Overall, the reviews suggest that Home & Garden RONA is a reasonably priced and well-stocked hardware store with a dedicated team of staff who are committed to providing a positive shopping experience.

Usually have great prices and everything I'm looking for. Had to do a return was a smooth process. Minus a star cause when asking about a product employees just pointes where I should go didnt specify or direct me to the product.
