“This place is scamming people. I wanted to buy some knobs matching to current pulls I had. Then lady at this shop said that you can buy and go home and check if they are working for you. I asked multiple whether this can be returned if I didn't like them.
And she said yes.
I bought knobs and returned after weekend. She said I don't have manager here and I will process your request and get approval and call you back to tap your card for return. It has been more than a month she has not called back. I called back and she said to wait.

I have to correct this myself, when I reach out to Manager he actually sorted out all problems. The did not had my contact details to reach out to me when it was ready. So I apologize for Richelieu team and hats off for professionalism in handling this.”
