“Having long relied on FreshCo for our groceries and fresh produce during our time in Edmonton, we were naturally inclined to visit its Regina branch while spending two months at our son’s residence. The store proved to be equally commendable in terms of organization, with meticulously arranged aisles, lucid product displays, and an overall atmosphere conducive to a pleasant shopping experience.
That said, we did observe that the prices here in Regina appear somewhat steeper in comparison to those in Edmonton, particularly on everyday grocery essentials and vegetables. Nevertheless, the quality and availability of products remained consistently reliable.
A special mention must be made of Nayan, whose gracious demeanor and exemplary customer service left a lasting impression. He was exceptionally courteous, patiently addressed all my queries, and extended a genuinely warm welcome that made our visit all the more enjoyable. His professionalism and attentiveness truly embody the kind of hospitality that enhances a customer’s shopping experience.”

She had such a friendly, welcoming voice on the phone and was able to quickly confirm that the product I needed was in stock—after I had already checked five other stores that claimed to have it, only to come up empty-handed. She even told me exactly which aisle to find it in. When I thanked her in person, she was just as kind and friendly. Brenda provided exceptional customer service and made what could have been a frustrating search so much easier. 😊”

“I’ve been shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore on Albert Street for a while now and it’s usually a good experience. The store is spacious, well-stocked, and has a wide selection of groceries, household items, and even clothing. The produce is fresh and prices are competitive.
Staff are generally helpful, although it can take a bit of time to find assistance during busy hours. The self-checkouts are convenient, but they could use a bit more maintenance or supervision when issues pop up.
Parking is ample, and I like the convenience of having Joe Fresh in the same location. Overall, a solid spot for one-stop shopping in Regina.”

“A spacious and large super store, selling grocery items, including fruits/ vegetables, spices, herbs, flour, breads, milk, butter, juices, detergents, tissue rolls, clothes , shoes, and a lot of other things.They have their own bakery and liquor shop. Generally clean and prices are competitive. Staff is helpful.
However, the long waiting time at counter check out or delivery is irritating. (Self check out is difficult for open items , like vegetables, requiring weighment). Similarly, the carts unnecessarily require inserting 1 $ coin for unlocking these from storage. Management must look into these issues from customers' convenience view point.”
