“I come in this store multiple times for a few things. Usually walking out with a few more things that are not on my list.
The staff are friendly. The aisles are usually clear and not over run with over flowing pallet of items needing to be put on the shelves, fridge or freezer.
You do have to watch from time to time get your produce or canned goods, but for the most part I am happy to shop at this location when I need to for a few items.”

“The aisles are somewhat uncluttered and I am able to get in and out quickly without frustration compared to other stores in this categories. There produce seems to be fresh and the price is decent. The meat products are ok knowing that they are usually cut, wrapped, weighed,and priced before it is in the store so no butcher on sight. Bakery items are ok but does not seem to go off their shelf quickly so you need to be watching what you buy.
When I am in the area, I will likely stop here for a few things but it is not a place that I will do most of my grocery shopping as it does not seem to carry my normal staples that I purchase.”
“I've been going to this pharmacy for years now. Even when things need changing on my end - they help me quickly. When they've had new staff - they are up to speed on process and help effectively. I've seen the same staff there for quite sometime now which says alot. My overall experience has been really good and would highly recommend them.”

“I’ve been shopping at the Real Canadian Superstore on Albert Street for a while now and it’s usually a good experience. The store is spacious, well-stocked, and has a wide selection of groceries, household items, and even clothing. The produce is fresh and prices are competitive.
Staff are generally helpful, although it can take a bit of time to find assistance during busy hours. The self-checkouts are convenient, but they could use a bit more maintenance or supervision when issues pop up.
Parking is ample, and I like the convenience of having Joe Fresh in the same location. Overall, a solid spot for one-stop shopping in Regina.”
“Very nice store. All items usually fresh and price is soo reasonable especially card price sometimes really awesome. Staffs are soo friendly, especially branch manager name "Rob". Infact, I lost one of my shopping receipt for my company's purchased from save on food. Purchase was done last month. I asked staffs and senior guy working in save on food to get me the receipt, however they said it won't be possible to issue the receipt for item purchased last month. At a same time, the branch manager, Rob was listening this conversation from bit far and then he entered into the conversation and said to me Yes it is possible. He not only search and issue the receipt but also teach his staff about how to retrieve the receipt copy from system. What is nice gentlemen he is. Upon asking, he said, he has been working in save on food past 22 years. Company shall consider this person as "Gems" and utilize his skills and customer dealing knowledge as a role as corporate/senior manager position, which can be valuable for all branches on save on foods.”

“A spacious and large super store, selling grocery items, including fruits/ vegetables, spices, herbs, flour, breads, milk, butter, juices, detergents, tissue rolls, clothes , shoes, and a lot of other things.They have their own bakery and liquor shop. Generally clean and prices are competitive. Staff is helpful.
However, the long waiting time at counter check out or delivery is irritating. (Self check out is difficult for open items , like vegetables, requiring weighment). Similarly, the carts unnecessarily require inserting 1 $ coin for unlocking these from storage. Management must look into these issues from customers' convenience view point.”
