Kuya Jeff was awesome! He helped my Dad & I easily get our new phones, and not to mention, his customer service is an 11/10! ?? Super friendly and genuine, will be returning to this!

Worst experience ever. Major language barrier with the clerk and we both mostly said "I dont understand what you mean". I went to renew my contract and get another phone but when I wanted to compare two of their phone options I was given a website to find out myself. Left there without a new phone or a renewed contract.
