About SecureGard Public Storage Inc
SecureGard Public Storage Inc. is a state-of-the-art public storage facility in Regina with the best customer service around. Reviews describe it as a great and the best facility with super friendly, amazing, very helpful, accommodating, and understanding staff. The location is great and the site is secure, featuring digital video surveillance, 24-hour access, and a gate pinpad. The units are maintained in great and clean condition, are rodent-free, and offer a wide variety of unit sizes. Services include online bill pay through a great online portal and prompt snow clearing.
While most feedback is positive, noting very friendly staff and a great experience, there are minor complaints about increased rates and the pinpad placement requiring some inconvenience to reach. The business is recognized for being accommodating during difficult times, though it will eventually sell contents for non-payment. Overall, customers report nothing but good things to say and recommend giving them a call or booking online.
