About Shell
Shell is a well-established mobility retailer operating in Canada for over 100 years, offering quality motor fuels at nearly 1,400 stations. Customers appreciate the polite and helpful staff, highlighting their excellent customer service. The Shell App makes finding and paying at stations easy while providing updates and rewards. However, feedback on the car wash service is mixed. Some customers enjoyed the wash, praising the high-pressure soap and ease of use, while others found it ineffective and noted outdated equipment. Overall, Shell remains a go-to choice for fuel, but the car wash experience may need improvement.
