If I could leave a zero I would.
A broken squeegee at this Shell hit my rear windshield, and minutes later, it shattered as I drove away. I’ve tried contacting the manager multiple times, but I haven’t received any follow-up. Disappointed by the lack of response—this situation should have been handled better.

Tried using the car wash and had it eat both my toonies. Young guy working did his best in helping me which saves this from being a single star but his boss wouldn’t let him refund me. Asked for me to put more change in to the machine to show it wasn’t working…. Almost like the machine didn’t just eat my change. Couldn’t are for my money back but warning for anyone else

Terrible car wash. Had trouble a month ago with machine accepting my toonie but not my loonie. Had to fill out a form to get credited back a month later for a 3 minute wash credit. When it happened again after using 3 minutes credit they wanted me to give them another $3 to get a token to use on that bay only and I had to use it immediately even though I had finished washing my car in a different bay because I tired of waiting. Will never spend another nickel there again. Terrible service.

One of the best wand washes I have ever been period. Paint peeling water pressure(exaggerated), incredible pre soap, and high pressure soap as well as wheel/engine cleaner. Easy to use tap and pay. Only complaint is tough to get into stalls with a fullsize pickup truck. My new go to place.

I have been using the car wash in this gas station for almost two years as they have one of the best pressure washers in this locality. But today I'm totally disappointed with the way the customer representative behaved with me. I bought a wash token and used it in the machine. But it didn't work. I informed this to the representative, but she was not ready to take my words into consideration and behaved with me aragontly .Finally, when I asked that I must meet the manager, she allowed me 4 minutes of wash time. Even though they have best machines, shell should consider giving training to employees on how to deal with customers.

Won't frequent this station anymore.You can't get change for their car wash if you only have debit..they don't do cashback even if you're buying something. The pre-authorization in the wash station is 20$ which is outlandish, and the woman working this particular day has the customer service skills of a honey badger...and a honey badger DGAF.AVOID THIS LOCATION LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Car wash used to be good to use. You’d press for a ticket, and pay accordingly after you’re finished washing your vehicle..Now (it says absolutely no where that they’ve changed their system). When you press to go in, you have to pay via change, and the machine will eat your money regardless if you use the remainder of minutes you have.I put $5 in, and took $3 of change. After I stopped the wash wand and pressed stopped.So yeah, great place to get a car wash if you’re ok with them taking your money.Also side note; I have worked customer service so this is not a slander on the employee but when I had mentioned maybe signs might be of value for other potential customers, he just scoffed off and said well my boss was going to but hasn’t yet. Take it for what you will.

Washed my truck there. They tried to tack on an extra 5 minutes when I went in to pay after the wash was done. Scam car wash.
