“I received the most amazing customer service from Austin at Foster’s Shoes. I bought a pair of sandals the day before we went on vacation. There was a mix up at the till, and I ended up taking the wrong size home. I phoned the store to notify them, and Austin went above and beyond to make sure I had the right pair in time for our vacation. Thank you for going the extra mile!”

“I recently visited the Regina store and was greeted right away. Shortly after, I noticed that Kat who I follow on TikTok was shaping hats for another customer. I cannot overstate what a breath of fresh air this was. To have someone in the store who actually knows their craft makes an immediate difference.
Having Kat in the store completely changes the shopping experience. It stops being a basic trip and becomes a curated/knowledgeable experience. Kat genuinely knows her stuff. This stood out in a big way, especially compared to my last few visits, where the staff were friendly but clearly not involved in Western culture. It fells like city kids working in a Western store with no interest or know how in the cowboy culture.
Kat IS the walking/ breathing/real life Lammle’s brand doll in store. After talking with her for a while, she helped me find some new shirts and a gift for my husband. I asked if she was there all the time. She said she only works a few times a month, I was honestly disappointed. I completely understand that this is not her only gig but the fact that you have someone like her working there at all is a huge asset.
As long as you keep Kat, I will keep coming back.

“Since moving to Regina last year I’ve been into Big and Tall three times with my partner. Renato has helped us every time and he is great! Helps you right when you walk in, grabs sizes, knows the right questions to ask, isn’t pushy, helpful genuine customer service which is so hard to find these days. He also knows what he is doing behind the till working with gift cards and making sure your receipt is correct. Shoutout to Renato for being so good!”

Whoever is the manager - they could buy a buy a vacuum cleaner. The floor in the change room was FILTHY. Fluff and dust mostly in the corners.”
