“Yesterday we were in this store as a last stop before heading home. We come from two hours away and we always make it a point to stop buy and purchase some items as we don’t get to come into the city as often as we’d like. While we were waiting in line at the till the power in the store went out. Meaning that the cashier (a lovely Filipina lady, I unfortunately never got her name but I will next time we go) was unable to finish our transaction. It was already later in the evening at this point and we didn’t mind waiting for the power to turn back on, but when she found out that we had 2 hours of travel in front of us, she and her coworkers went around the store to manually price check each and every one of the items we wanted and wrote them down with a pencil to paper as a receipt. There was also another woman with a calculator to make sure we got charged correctly. They then allowed us to pay using a debit terminal that was not connected to a computer/till. They all worked together to make sure we could get out of there asap and get on the road. They have really outdone themselves and it was so kind of them to do all of that even though they did not need to. Plus, we got a bunch of amazing food, snacks, and drinks. 10/10! “Having long relied on FreshCo for our groceries and fresh produce during our time in Edmonton, we were naturally inclined to visit its Regina branch while spending two months at our son’s residence. The store proved to be equally commendable in terms of organization, with meticulously arranged aisles, lucid product displays, and an overall atmosphere conducive to a pleasant shopping experience.

That said, we did observe that the prices here in Regina appear somewhat steeper in comparison to those in Edmonton, particularly on everyday grocery essentials and vegetables. Nevertheless, the quality and availability of products remained consistently reliable.

A special mention must be made of Nayan, whose gracious demeanor and exemplary customer service left a lasting impression. He was exceptionally courteous, patiently addressed all my queries, and extended a genuinely warm welcome that made our visit all the more enjoyable. His professionalism and attentiveness truly embody the kind of hospitality that enhances a customer’s shopping experience.”
